Casa4You 109 - With heated pool, city and partial sea views

the pool was also nice, but not heated and the "waterslide" was closed. The communication between the host was minimal and the cleaning wasn't up to par. There was no soap when we got there and we had to ask for more towels and a bathmat. There was one rag for the whole condo and the dish rack was small. The door had problems locking from the outside, but from the inside was fine. It got pretty brutally hot that we had to sleep with the doors and windows open. In addition the wifi did not work. The host was kind, but not up to my standard.

The two mattresses in the bedroom are different.. one is nice and comfortable and the other is very hard but as they are pushed together as one bed it was very uncomfortable for my partner. I had to take extra duvets out of wardrobe for on top to try and make it more comfortable. We were unable to use the pool as it was freezing. We are from Ireland and we are used to the cold but the swimming pool was very very cold. I contacted and he informed me that the complex looks after the pool. He said that he will contact someone about it but when we went down 2 days later as we said we would allow the temperature of the pool to heat up. They informed me that the pool is 22 degrees but I can honestly say it was no where near that when we went upto it again. Our time at the pool was just lying down relaxing on the sunbed as we were unable to go into the pool but it was such a shame that every one seemed to think the same and just because of that the pool wasn’t getting used it was just looked at by everyone from the sun chairs. Also the shower drain in the bathroom is blocked so we were unable to get a shower without the shower base over flowing it was very frustrating as you had to keep stopping your shower to make sure it wasn’t flooding out.

It is lound untill very late in night... Everynight due to proximity of shopping mall bars. Balcony is in front of walkaway so everyone see you, and you can't leave doors over night as this is only enterence via balcony. No air con so can be hot inside..
