“Apt fine, but poor service from key holder”

situation. clean. comfortable

To be improved

the key holder wasn’t available and left the key in a location that I had to find. Unclear where the flats were and even Tourist Info was bemused. Having an apt name when the external access buzzer board gave apt numbers, is not helpful.
