A little musty and lack of comfortable seats for 4. Terrace was disappointing due to size and the roofing could be cleaner. We needed to buy an air freshener and prop the bathroom window open for ventilation

“Not all bad but not suitable for a family stay.”
The best

The apartment was furnished nicely and was clean. The kitchen was equipped with most things needed for a short stay. The property manager, Paula, was very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay.

To be improved

The apartment is not family friendly as advertised in my opinion. It is in a run down area of the city, there are various sets of steep stairs leading to the front door that make access very difficult with children, the building is extremely noisy especially between 9PM-1AM and there is clearly a serious damp problem (as you can see from the missing plaster and peeling paint in the communal hall) which has left the apartment with an overwhelming musty smell. Unfortunately, because of the noise and damp problems we felt unable to stay for the number of nights we had booked and moved to a hotel.
