Rosario provided clear directions and support if needed.
A fantastic getaway experience in a beautiful setting.
Cueva is in a perfect area for disconnection, though access can be challenging.
Firewood was abundantly available to keep warm.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
The cueva is beautiful and cozy, with stunning views.
“Great views and great night sleep”
Excellent view and very quiet. I had a great night sleep as I assume the cave meant the temperature remained constant trough out the night. I was able to park my motorbike on the gravel next to the patio table and chairs (although there was quite a drop going into the gravel area so to had to get a thick branch to help me get about again). You wouldn't be able to get a car in here but there is the other level you might be able to park your car on)
It was quite a climb up to the place but I have come across worse it other towns. Obviously being a cave there are a few low points but someone 6 foot tall could stand upright in the majority of it (but would have to duck to wash their hair in the shower and in the edges of the rooms / door ways but I've been in worse old cottages). While it wasn't a problem for me the advert does say that it is all on one level for wheelchair users - that isn't quite true there are two steps down to the bathroom (although the tiled kitchen worktop is right next to them so would give a secure handhold on one side) - there is obviously also the drop down onto the gravel as you go through the gate and a single step into the property.
