“Beautiful but overpriced.”
The best

The location is perfect with sea view, 5 min walk uphill to the center of the beautiful village of Altea. The owner was very friendly, came to fix the broken shower very fast.

To be improved

It is overpriced for what it is. Shower drain didn’t work and all the water was in the bathroom - the owner was around and came within 30min to fix it. The place is beautiful but for ca. 150€/ night, there were too many things that didn’t work: shower drain, no free toiletries as promised, TV was there but didn’t work. Plates and glasses had not been used in a long time and we had to clean them before using them. If the apt would be cheaper, not a problem. But for that price, it was disappointing.

Beautiful view and right on the beach.

The hallway bathroom had a terrible smell, no shower gel or shampoo provided, no blankets on the beds. There were only sheets and we were cold at night. The sounds from the other apartment doors were really loud. I woke up one night because I thought someone came into the apartment. It was a door on another floor.

Filipe was the perfect host. The apartment is spacious and has a central location at the sea and the city center of Altea. Would recommend!

“Everything we needed in a perfect location in the stunning town of Altea”
The best

The location was superb - beachfront, near restaurants bars and cafes. A short walk to the stunning old town. The apartment was a very good size, with a great terrace. The hosts were fantastic at communicating and went out of their way to wait for us to check in when our delayed flight made us very late. The breakfast was great. Everything was absolutely perfect for us. I would stay there again.

Very close to beach and old town.

To be improved

The location is very noisy from both traffic and music from very late night venues. Goes on all night. Kitchen facilities were minimal, no mugs, bowls and no kettle. If you wanted a coffee you had to use a drinking glass. Very disappointed.
