It offered excellent value for money – very fairly priced for the quality and location. The place is well thought out and the instructions are easy, unlike other places where you cant even get inside or get answers (and most hosts don't care). There's an app to open the door and the host here speaks English. He cares a lot about the guest experience and how he can keep improving it. Clean kitchen and bathrooms + linen for your bed and you'll be comfy. There's a cafe a very short walk and useful shops for water, fruit, etc. Fellow Americans, this is a small family business with low published rates... please keep that in mind when fighting for a refund on any little thing or book a 5 star We didnt have air conditioner but didnt need it with the fan and the first floor is naturally cool. All in all, this is a great value and I'd stay here again.

To be improved

If you walk toward or come back from the train station late at night you'll see the wrong kind of night life. But towards the park it's very safe and a great place for a walk.

Very kind and welcoming host. The bedrooms were big. There is good cooking facilities. The location is a very nice and friendly neighbourhood with supermarkets and bus stops very nearby

To be improved

No air conditioning, but there is a fan provided. One of the bathrooms was a little bit dirty. We avoided it and used the other bathroom which was clean

Neighborhood was great- right off the river walk. A metro just 1/2 mile away.

To be improved

Someone took my towel from the bathroom and I never could get another so my son and I shared his. One guest busted the toilet button so that was a pain. Little stuff…
