Casahost Casa Ahul Family Time

Despite many messages with host and explaining that instead of having 5 guests, there would only be 2 AND that our connecting flight had been changed by airline and we would arrive later, we still got charged 30 euros for “employee” to meet us at the house and give us keys. Moreover, they wouldn’t give us the address of the unit in complex. After saying we were at 2nd gate entrance and having him meet us there, we were left walking around for 10-15 minutes to locate him. Finally, the electric outlets in kitchen stopped working halfway through our stay. It wasn’t a tripped breaker (checked that). Made coffee in another room. Didn’t bother with getting in touch with host as we just wanted to be done with our stay and didn’t want to be suddenly “charged” for a visit to the apartment to “fix.”

Water was cut off several times over our week stay when water was on it was constantly cold. Beds were uncomfortable we had to go ikea and by extra mattress toppers as beds were very uncomfortable.

Faulty door not attended to meaning property not fully secure No welcome refreshments or snacks e.g water, fruits

Unfortunately only 1 set of keys for pool.villa.gateway. 3 individuals staying in same complex. Having to hide keys away with own personal belongings inside. Could have done with safe inside for passport/cash/jewelry etc.

Not easy to locate and our transfer couldn't find it , 2 couples sharing and only one set of keys so we all had to go out together as keys needed to get back into the area . Property not ready at 15.00 , the cleaning wasn't finished till 16.00 ( cleaners very thorough) but it was a pain . Free WiFi but no password to join . No instructions for leaving property on the morning of departure so had to leave property open . Casa host impossible to get hold of once at property phoned around 5 times in our last 2 days left message but no one got back to me regarding keys on departure .
