Very good location. All the sights of the city are close. It is very easy to remember the place and you can easily move to it from anywhere in the city. Good and fast communication with the owner.

To be improved

It was cold in the room (number 11) because the missing of daylight, and sunlight through the window. The facade of another building is visible, preventing light to entering in room. Applies to room number 11 and 12 which is located in the middle but has no windows.

“Fantastic stay in the heart of Alicante”
The best

It’s a big double room with king size bed. Clean bathroom with strong water pressure. Big fridge in shared kitchen and Krups coffee machine. Easy self check in and helpful owner. It’s 15 min walk from the town and beach, so it’s good location. We just didn’t like the noise and thin walls, we could hear people in the other room.
