“Exceptional”

The best

Apartment was brilliantly located and even though we were 5 min walk to centre, we spent a few nights around the immediate area in local bars and restaurants. We were delayed and communication regarding this was great.

To be improved

Bed a bit too hard and pillow a bit high, but that's just personal preference and wouldn't stop me from staying again. A full length mirror would be good too 😉

“Disappointing”

The location of the apartment is excellent, 3 mins walk to the centre of Malaga with all the narrow streets, near the Picasso museum and the cathedral. The apartment is very fresh, clean, and bright. The process to gain entry was very straightforward. The apt is near a taxi rank, lockers to store your luggage, and 11 mins to the train station. It's an 18-minute walk to Lidl supermarket.

We were 2 couples travelling together. Our priority was air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. Neither of these was available. We were told that the air conditioning did work, but it takes time! We were there for 3 days and it was very, very hot. There were no instructions provided or given, and it appeared to be on a timer but never on during the day. The bedrooms were very warm, so it was not easy to sleep. This apt does not have 2 bathrooms . It has a shower room that is very narrow and no air conditioning. The second "bathroom" is a separate toilet and wash hand basin. It is advertised as having a balcony it does not have any balcony, and not even a mouse could balance on the ledge. There is not one full-length mirror .

“Málaga New Year”

The location was brilliant! Ease of check-in was good. Large comfortable sofa.

To be improved

The advert stated that it had a balcony but there was no balcony; this must be removed from the advert. Missing essentials such as; a tea towel/drying up cloth, tea & coffee on arrival is always a good shout, especially when arriving late. The double room only had one bolster pillow.
