Swimming pool unavailable. Not apartment we booked. Hot water temperamental, boiler probably not sufficient. . Very dark needed lights on. Not as described. Tiles missing in shower. Bathroom too small. Shower rose unadjustable. Bedroom, no room to get around bed. Sofa small and uncomfortable. No privacy from other apartment. Noise and smoke from other guests and late night traffic. No kettle. Minimal cooking facilities , no iron. Washing machine in shed but we were not told. No dustpan/brush mops or brooms in the apartment. We did have secure space for bikes and car. We feel that we have stayed in a different place to the other reviewers. We did leave early because the apartment and facilities were not as expected. Despite all the downsides Rosanna was very amicable and we appreciated the eggs.
