The best

Gorgeous place in a great location. Leticia was so helpful and showed us round the apartment and allowed us to check in early. They had everything you could possibly need, an airer, ironing board, washing machine, coffee etc. Nice and clean and great decor. Loved the balconies and windows, the kitchen had everything you needed too. Super close to the cathedral and so many great bars and restaurants directly outside the apartment doors. So cool to essentially stay on the bullring 💓

To be improved

Maybe the dead plants removing from the courtyard 😬 It would also have been helpful to have laundry detergent there too, if I didn’t bring some from the last place we wouldn’t have been able to wash anything, which was a must for us in the 40 degree heat! So really no complaints at all, no issues - we loved it.

We were met at the property by a member of staff who handed us the front door keys

To be improved

There was no kettle or coffee machine in the kitchen, we asked the host to provide one but it didn’t appear. The cleanliness of the kitchen and bedroom could have been better. The door handle in the bedroom fell off and we asked the host to arrange an urgent repair. It was fortunate that we weren’t leaving that day as we were unable to access our belongings until the repair was completed.
