There was some confusion over where to.collect the keys, not st the property it was elsewhere which was unexpected

Very poor instruction on WiFi connection and the TV. A language barrier and incorrect written instructions resulted in several phone calls which was frustrating. No TV access during he whole stay, disappointing

The pool area was great, the garden surrounding it were lovely and it was absolutely spotless and so well kept.

We were charged £150 upon arrival as a deposit however we weren’t informed about this and as far as I can see no where on the site does it say that that would be requested or we would have put it aside. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work we did contact someone about this but it wasn’t fixed. We also had complaints from downstairs about a drip from our air con no one told us about this there was a mop bucket over flowing with the residual water dripping from the air con unit on the balcony.
