The best

The close location to the main shops and the bank and the reason for going after the sale of a property.

To be improved

We found it very cold and dark not getting any sun hardly and had to wrap ourselves in blankets in the evenings while watching TV. All in all it served it's purpose but La Mata in general doesn't have much going for it really apart from those who like to walk every day for something to do.
