We had a ground floor appt by the pool. It was clean,comfortable and well equipped with a good outdoor area with loungers and table. It was quiet and relaxing and the pool was lovely. The breakfast was great, there was a very empty roof terrace overlooking the sea for sunbathing. Access to the spa and gym. The location was great with bars, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop nearby.

The price was a bit more than expected.

“Amazing value and brilliant quality”

This is by far the best 2* hotel I've ever stayed in. In most respects it was better than many 4* hotels. Daily cleaning, amazing buffet breakfast, spotless public areas, great pool and fantastic location.

The spa is understandably extra but only open one day a week when we visited

All the public areas were spotlessly clean and majority of staff very friendly and pleasant. Great location and lovely sea view from sea view apartment.

One early evening, around 6pm after paying for a good massage at the property we rung the out of hours helpline as reception closes at 5pm as we had no hot water for a shower to wash off the massage oils and go out for the evening. Was answered by a very rude lady who just said she wasn’t in the area and couldn’t help then when I went to speak further had the phone put down on me, on trying to ring back my call was cut off. So had to shower in cold water. There was also a bad drains smell in the bathroom a lot of the time, they provide a plastic cover to put over the shower waste but doesn’t stop the smell which was quite strong at times.
