“Rural home stay- near city and nature! Enjoy!”

The best

these are 4 new houses as pictured- located by the mountains. the access is through a dirt road to the right of where google maps tells you that you have arrived. it is a good road that leads to the property, and parking is right next to the house. very secure. the house has a chimney that we got to use on the cool May night we arrived! there is also a bbq and this would be a great place to use it, but we cooked indoors. great mid-spot to go to both Leon and the beautiful castles in the area and to the Picos de Europa park for a drive. we enjoyed this rural location.

To be improved

the house crackles all night long. there is a note saying this is “normal” but I have never heard such loud crackles before. it sounds like someone is walking in the roof. I asked the neighbor and he said that his house did it too and he was told it was normal - so just know it and bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. it is loud and sudden. Other than that, this property was perfect!
