“Very cosy and pleasant place to stay in remote setting”
Cosy and quaint little cottage in a very quiet and rural area. Very comfortable and warm. Great hiking in surrounding area. Nice grounds for kids to play.
Couldn't check-in until 5pm which meant we had to arrive in the dark. Grumpy and unfriendly greeting from the key manager. No kettle or toaster in kitchen. Very poor lighting. Charged extra for dog. Quite expensive for the location.
“Amazing location, bad service”
The location is out of this world. Within a valley surrounded by mountains and forests. A hikers dream for sure. The houses are clean and well equipped. Didn't use the WiFi, but I saw it was present. Mobile phone reception was surprisingly good on 4G/5G considering the remote location. The kitchen is stocked with several pots, pans and necessary cutlery.
As amazing as the location is, the same could not be said for the service. When we arrived we didn't know where to go. We also hadn't been given any instructions from the owner. Eventually some other guests that were on the presmises were able to guide us to our house. Seemed a little odd, but okay. We were expecting to get away from the noisy things in life and were hoping to find it here in our private remote cabin. This was the first letdown, it turned out to be not a private cabin, but 2 houses connected to one another with a very thin wall. Unlucky for us, we had very noisy neighbours in the house next to us with constantly screaming kids and a big barking untrained dog. Furthermore, their dog actually attacked our (much smaller) dog twice and went into our house several times. This forced us to keep our (well-trained) dog inside for most of the time and keep the door closed. Also not being able to sit outside and enjoy the view for most of the time. We messaged the owner saying that we couldn't really find a quiet rest here and that both the noise and the untrained invasive dog was a big issue for us. The only thing we got as a reply was: "We are pet friendly and children cannot be evaded". Maybe contact the people in the other house and tell them that they should keep their kids a bit more quiet and their untrained dog on a leash? Or put us in a different cabin? Sadly no solution was offered by the owner. Also, the Jacuzzi? After we messaged the owner he told us it's not present in all the houses despite the title of this stay literally says "Jacuzzi". We only had a normal bath without any water/airjets. Seems like a weird naming convention if you don't offer that in all the houses. I feel like this stay could have been so much better if the owners were a bit more attentive to the concerns that we raised.

“Beautiful stay”
The rural homes are in an incredible setting. There are many hiking trails nearby, and you can stay and relax by the fire if you wish to be cozy. We were there for longer than a weekend, and when we ran out of coffee or needed wood, the staff got it for us as soon as they were able to (it is a secluded area).
The house smelled like cigarettes when we arrived late that night. Also, the listing title says JACUZZI explicitly, which was not the case. There was just a regular bathtub (no jets).
