“Terrible Experience – Avoid This Apartment!”

I strongly advise against staying in this apartment. Due to the owner's negligence, my family incurred significant additional costs that they outright refused to reimburse. We were instructed to leave the keys inside the apartment and shut the door upon checkout. However, the street door was locked, leaving us trapped and unable to leave—a horrifying situation as we were rushing to catch a flight. In our desperation, we had to call the police and emergency services, who broke the lock. This resulted in a huge bill that we were forced to pay out of pocket. The lack of communication from the owners and their total disregard for customer well-being is appalling. People like this should not be allowed to run a business. Furthermore, the apartment itself is poorly equipped. The air conditioning is only in the hall and dining area, leaving the rooms freezing during winter. No coffee or tea was provided, and there were no basic toiletries like body wash or shampoo in the showers. The area is extremely noisy, with numerous bars on the street making it impossible to sleep until 5 AM. The apartment itself is quite old and outdated. This was an infuriating and deeply disappointing experience. Stay elsewhere if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
