The kitchen was minimal and not extremely clean.

Kitchen is well equipped with large appliances but cookware is minimal to say the least. You probably don't need to cook,(incredible food is everywhere in Bilbao) but it's nice to have the choice, and many folk drink a lot of tea. I am old (fashioned) and don't like using dishwashers or Nespresso machines, there was a severely oxidised aluminium moka pot which had been unwashed for months - unusable. I wished for a usable kettle and 'moka' pot, plastic colander, large frying pan, at least one wooden spatula (the non stick on the large 'sarten' is completely ruined) and a glass dish for the microwave. No drying cloths or drainer, and it's impossible to see if water is on the countertop due to the dark texture. Some areas (eg. oven, light fitting above dining table) dirty. Some bits and pieces such as the smaller sofa, and some fittings (eg electrical socket by balcony window) very wobbly. Did not try the TV or washing machine or dishwasher. Looks like it needs checking over for these details, I guess it's the end of a busy season!
