Nothing was good. The only thing that worked was the location

To be improved

The property smelt heavily of cigarette smoke (my entire family woke each day with sore eyes and sore throats each morning - there was no way of airing the smell out), the water in the showers/bath did not work - it barely trickled out, only 1 of all the soap dispensers worked, there is very few to zero supplies given, no salt, no sugar, nothing - despite a full kitchen available for cooking, you mush buying everything! Worse still, when management is contacted regarding issues, they do not help - nothing. Don’t stay here - massive mistake

“Nice but stank of cigarettes”
The best

Whilst the apartment was beautiful and conveniently located, unfortunately my overwhelming memory will be the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. I don’t know whether it was previous occupants or if it was seeping thorough the floorboards from below but my clothes still reeked of smoke when I got home. I was also about cold in bed - a bigger blanket would have been helpful.

Location excellent. Very big apartment. Unfortunately we had no hot water or heat the first morning but this was quickly fixed. Would recommend. You get a lot of communication from the host in the run up and during the stay which might annoy some people.

Location

To be improved

There was a window that was falling apart. There was a big mirror against a wall. It wasn’t secure. Getting up at night to go to the bathroom it was so dark and bumped into the mirror. It shattered. I could have ruined my vacations and my family’s. They made me pay the mirror, which I consider, it was a safety hazard.
