“Great view of a very loud sea, kitchen needs a renovation.”

The best

Off course the view is superb!! But be aware, the noise of a wild sea this close is also tremendous! The balcony has no real doors to lower the sea noise at night. So I only recommend a place this close to a wild sea if you really love it.

To be improved

The kitchen is really outdated. Several tiles are loose and are almost coming off the wall. The countertop toplayer has bumps and loose parts. Not very hygienic. I missed some small bowls, a modern baking pan that does not stick to my eggs and a solid sharp kitchen knife. This kitchen has precisely one power socket which is inconveniently located behing the cooking area. The kitchenware was not always clean and somewhat sticky, some where downright dirty. I really missed a comfy chair or a proper couch with back-support. The living room has a stretcher-bed which is impossible to comfortable sit on. With this, a side table would be very handy.

“Superb”

The best

Very pleasant location, amazing views from balcony, fantastic natural pool right in front of the house, and you can hear the ocean while you fall asleep. It was easy to communicate with host, everything went smoothly and easily.
