Very nice place ,terrace is great !Very safe place! Nice pool area ! Very friendly Lifeguard at the pool helpful!

Impossible to reach the owner of the Bungalow !(The reception in the bungalow advise you is private bungalow so they dont help you)Only one Key for the main entrance! ( no excess true reception or security)

It was good location. It was comfortable and clean. I liked the number of towel rails in bathroom and one in shower. I liked the cabinet with mirror in bathroom.

To be improved

There was no book with house rules and map and suggested places to go. There were too many notices. These could have been a book. Check inwas without deficient in that only asked when arriving on the day rather than day before as common and not made clear on website. We were not given clear information as to where to meet. Website only said would be met. We asked about where to leave rubbish and we were given wrong information.

Close to yumbo, private garden in a secured complex.

To be improved

I had issues with small ants in the bedroom all over the bed/sheets. I contacted the property with a video of them, they replied and said they would come over and sort with some ant Gel and change sheets. This never happened, I ended up buying my own ant spray. The fact no one came when they said they would is what has let me down, not the fact of the ants as I’m aware this can’t be helped sometimes. So I ended up dealing with it myself.
