The apartment was beautiful and so well equipped, everything from a smoothie maker to a parasol for the beach. Deborah was very friendly, always available and helpful, she provided a long list of recommended restaurants and things to do. The bed was amazing, and so was the location, a supermarked across the street and less than 2 minutes walk to Las Canteras. I would definitely stay here again if I'm coming back to Las Palmas.

The accommodation was expensive, lacked room service for three days, and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, the owner displayed a rather arrogant attitude after our stay. Following my review, I experienced harassment via WhatsApp chat, including threats of legal action from the owner. [Update after 2 weeks] Contrary to the owner's claims, the third guest was our 4-year-old child, whom we did not conceal; the owner was aware of this from the outset and even offered chocolates to our child. The alleged damage involved minor colour marks on two towels, which were not done by us. Despite this, the owner is now claiming an exaggerated compensation of hundreds of euros. Her rude behaviour over WhatsApp led to my disappointment and subsequent low rating. I am prepared to share the entire chat history should this behaviour persist. I felt compelled to update this message 12 days after my initial review due to further threatening messages from the owner, leading me to block her on WhatsApp and report the matter to Booking.com.
