Initially we couldn’t find the property as we found the directions confusing. It would be easier for the boys to use the road kilometre markers as they are perfect for directions. The details of the advert did not say the property is at the top of a steep, unmade track, which wasn’t lit at night time. This sadly prevented us from staying out longer to experience the night life, as I didn’t want to risk the track in the dark. The main road is a busy road and it did keep us awake, but this may be because we are light sleepers. The details implied there was an oven and we assumed it would be a full oven, which we normally prefer due to our dietary requirements to cook homemade meals, so we were quite surprised to find a very small grill oven, which didn’t really work for us therefore we ended up cooking on the two ring hob which at times wasn’t easy.
