“exceptional location for the Angliru and fantastic service from the owner”
The best

It you are going to explore the Angliru and surrounding area, this location is ideal. The apartment is at the start of the Strava segment for the Angliru cycling climb. Groceries and bakery are just a short walk away. Tap water is drinkable, so no need to purchase bottled water. The area is rural, so the only noise will be from farm animals and dogs. The apartment includes what you are likely to need. See notes below on some areas to consider. However, rating this place for the apartment alone does not nearly give the experience justice. The real game changer for the overall experience is the exceptional service from the owner. So while the apartment itself is good, the service makes this a truly fantastic pick. Highly recommended!

To be improved

Considering all the positives above, here are just some things to know: the area has poor internet connections. This is not a fault of the apartment, but the entire town suffers. Expect some internet outage. For someone on a digital detox, this might even be a positive. There are some minor quick fixes that could be applied, but this is nitpicking. For example, the fridge door holder for milk etc was broken. Overall you will struggle to find anything to complain about. Enjoy your stay.
