Room was clean & comfortable however the check in process was frustrating. Having to go to a separate building to get the key felt unnecessary, and there was no clear signage in either building to know where to go! Once we arrived at the room. This was clean, towels changed each day and bed was comfortable. No complaints with the actual room.

TOTAL NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! We arrived at the hotel at 1 AM, only to discover that the access code provided to unlock the door was incorrect. We immediately sent emails seeking assistance, but received no reply. There was no emergency contact number or any way to get help. The staff at the whisky bar downstairs were incredibly kind and informed us that this issue is a recurring problem at this hotel. They mentioned that guests frequently face the same issue with incorrect codes. After an hour of unsuccessful attempts to enter, my friend and I were left with no choice but to search for another room—something extremely difficult to do at 2 AM in Barcelona. Most nearby hotels were fully booked, and we ended up paying 200 euros for the only available room we could find. The next morning, we went to the hotel office to file a complaint. The staff member we spoke to confirmed that the error was on their part for providing the wrong code. Despite this, we recently received an email—six months later—from Expedia informing us that the hotel refuses to take responsibility and will not refund our money. Please avoid this property at all costs! The stress, unprofessionalism, and terrible experience are not what you want during your stay in Barcelona.

The room was dirty and the sheets had big stains. The sheets and towels smelled awful and the sheets were wet when we came. The beds felt all the strings as you lay there. Doors are difficult to open. The only good thing is the service, otherwise I wouldn't sleep again a second.

Nothing special. Room is dirty!!! Fast wifi. Staff is nice but cleaning lady doesnt speak english. Air conditioner works. Stayed for one night. Tv is ok. Its not a hotel but a guest house. The walls are thin and you can hear other people well.

Stayed for 3 nights here. The website boasts parquet flooring, a bar, breakfast, sound proofed rooms and luggage storage. The ‘hotel’ offers none of these things. If you are unlucky enough to get the inner rooms, they look out onto the centre of the building. You can’t open the tiny window do to the stench of fried food. The walls are paper thin and the floor is cheap laminate. The bathroom floods due to the lack of shower fittings and the fridge is so noisy, you have to unplug it to sleep. There is no fire escape. I asked about this and the man who is here 2 hours each morning said there was a fire extinguisher and not to worry as there’s never been a fire! I can guarantee that if there is a fire and you are in an inner room, you will not get out alive. Awful place and not worth the money. Not recommended.

This guest house offers a great option for those looking for accommodation in a small budget price range. On the plus side: The location is great (near local attractions, supermarkets, and in a populated and illuminated area), the room was very clean (and includes a small fridge), and the free wi fi worked great. I didn’t hear any noises (a problem mentioned in other reviews). Check in and check out were very easy, and the staff was polite and efficient. Also, I asked the staff for a recommendation regarding a taxi to go to the airport, and I received an option that allowed me to book it via WhatsApp (I didn’t have access to a local telephone). Negative points: I can see only one, and that is that there is no permanent concierge at the property, which in my opinion makes the guest house less safe (even though there are cameras). All in all, very much recommended!
