Cassinello Roquetas

We had an absolutely beautiful time in this bright and very spacious apartment and it's so centrally located. . Everything was impeccably clean and the host Juan Carlos could not have been more hospitable to us. I loved the fact, the kitchen had the necessary condiments and there was a very powerful shower with much appreciated shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The washing machine was a great addition. The weather was beautiful when we were here in February and we never once had to put on the heating. The view from the large balcony was fantastic and it was a joy to sit out there in the morning for breakfast and to enjoy a glass of wine at night. There are a whole range of shops, bars, restaurants and a large Mercadona supermarket close by which sells the most amazing selection of fresh fish, try the Calla, Dorado and Labina, you won't be disappointed. The apartment is only a few minutes walk away from what I would regard as one of the the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain. It's truly a paradise here, I have never felt such peace or seen such beautiful views. We had the pleasure of meeting some great people here too. Compared to other towns along the coast which we have stayed in, the area was very lively, spotlessly clean with many holiday makers out and about. We rented bikes out for a couple of days and cycled for miles and miles along designated bicycles tracks. We have been in Spain for several weeks now and Juan's apartment has been our very best and enjoyable stay. Thank you Juan for what you have offered us, you are an amazing host. We will be back very shortly to stay with you again and to enjoy Roquetas Del Mer for all it' has to offer including its paradisal qualities, its people and great food. Stay in Juan Carlos apartment, I wholeheartedly recommend 😊

The apartment was clean and tidy, recently renovated. It had everything we needed. The location is perfect for long beach walks.

The location was amazing …close to local bars and restaurants and the beach and beautiful promenade to walk along. Juan Carlos met me on arrival and was very welcoming to both myself and my two dogs …he told me that if I needed anything at all just to message him. As I travel alone that was so very kind. The apartment was just as it was advertised and I loved the AC for heat as it was quite chilly and windy when I was there. I also loved the Netflix and fast internet..so lovely to chill on one of the two comfy sofas. The balcony was larger than I thought and although it was very windy and I wasn’t able to sit out, the view was amazing of the sea and beach which were closer than I thought. If you are thinking about booking this apartment do not hesitate…I am very fussy but it exceeded my expectations. Juan Carlos was absolutely fabulous and allowed me to check in a few hours earlier check out a few hours later ..I was obviously lucky that was possible -but lots of owners would not have even offered that. Also, the gated , secure , free parking was a huge bonus. Totally enjoyed my short stay and would definitely stay here again ..definitely scores a 10 out of 10 from me !

This is a very spacious apartment with a very large lounge and perfect for a long stay especially if you wanted to take a computer and work in some winter sun rather than spend a winter in the UK. The flat was very clean and had everything required for a short or long stay. Hosts were very friendly and made themselves available for any issues if required and watched my dog whilst I loaded car and gave him a packet of treats🐕. WiFi was superb, TV has firestick although I always swap my own over and worked straight away taking 10 seconds to swap and up and running without a problem. It's a great location and 1 minute walk to beach and less to bus stop if you want to go to main shopping centre, Almeria etc.
