Castaños apartment with AC

Disco was down. We knew about that disco, but it was very loud. So if you dont party, its not good to be on Friday and Saturday there. Air condition/heating is little problem, maybe machine needs maintenance.

Waited 1h for Andres to bring the key of the apartment ( he asked to be informed 30 min before we arrive, we did! still took him 1h ) he quickly open the windows to air the smell of cigarretes and heat from the apt. AC never work, beds was uncomfortable, sofa bed was awful mattres so thin that you couldn't sleep on it, dirty sofa and pillows, no enough towels or toilet paper for 3 ppl 6 days. Aprt was so hot and bed so uncomfortable that we had to sleep on the floor in the living room with a mini fan and windows open. Message thru booking and took host 4 days to answer with excuses like, mattress are old, couch marks can't be clean, linens are clean at least even when pillows had yellow marks. I message then multiple times thru booking and never answer they answer after I message booking.com customer service because there were blemishes on some areas of the house and didnt want to be blame and charge for them, at first i texted Andres and he quickly said he just give keys and nothing else. Finally someone asked for photos of damages we found , mainly sink and tub crack, AC never got fix ,lack of interest from the host when issues were brought to them.

A bit short on dishes (plates, glasses, utensils), ok for 2 persons. Balcony could use some sofa pillows, and tv is very small. On a busy bar / restaurant street, so wouldn't recommend sofa bed. Also some noisy neighbours during the night.

There was not hot water!!! We have informed the host, but he didn't react at all! We were with our kids and they had to take a cold shower! It wasn't during summer hot days, so it was really horrible! Very, very noisy on Saturday night...we couldn't sleep until 4 a.m. Outside is full of bars and restaurants, many people and loud music all night long. Do not recommend it for families with kids!
