“If your looking, keep looking”

The best

Hotel very basic and on a main road Room was noisy and basic Breakfast okay and coffee machines worked properly Staff slow and when milk ran out for cereal was told to wait ! Ok no problem but 10 minutes not good No bar, no nothing to be honest Will stop here because only gets worse All the best bits are the trips away from this place Would we stay again No never

“Spending time with Spanish in laws”

The view from the suite was great sunloungers and table and chairs to chill on after going shopping at Courte Inglés fabulous beds large huge even. Sleep peacefully as well.

“Worse experience/office hotel/unprofessional receptionist”

I booked it because it was centrally located but this is all what this hotel offers.

Lack of professionalism of the receptionist Lucia Pancho who yelled at me because I asked where to park my car and she was trying to explain in a gymnastic English that my car is too big and won't fit in their small parking, conectted to the hotel and invited me to a payed parking somewhere around. After I told her we are tired and we leave at 05.00 AM the same night, to the airport and asked her if I can leave my car on the street where they have a 3 cars space and only one was empty, she yelled at me that she will call the Police because I didn't reserved that space before and I am not allowed to park there, although other 2 cars were parked there🤷. She said that cars are from a special group staying at their hotel and that they asked for that parking. Ok, on which basis this hotel decides who is special and who is not? I asked to pay, I asked to talk to her superior, nothing was possible. I asked for a valet to park the car, being a 4 star hotel, as I don't know the streets and I am tired. Mission impossible. Lucia knew nothing about anything. But she knew how to yell to a paying customer! The hotel looks as an office building rather than a 4 star hotel and every noise can be heard every hour of the night. After midnight we've been waked up by some group of customers who just Arrived and they were talking loud on the hallway and felt like they were in the same room with us. Probably the receptionist didn't informed them is midnight and other customers are trying to get some rest. In the end, I have payed for disrespect, for lack of sleeping and for a disappointing 1st time experience in Castellon. I feel tired and frustrated after some hours spent in this hotel fow which I've payed good money though! Not recommending! Never again! For us for sure!
