Location ten minutes walk from central Triano, close to bus station

The apartment is located in a very nice place, Triana district, close to the bus station (Plaza de Armas). It doesn't take long to get to the old town by public transport but we prefered to walk. The apartment itself is quite spacious and cozy.

Great location, very close to the bridges to get over to Seville, and a supermarket just over the road. Diego was very nice and easy to deal with, and let me drop my bags as I arrived in Seville before check in time. The apartment block is very nice, and the neighbourhood felt safe and friendly even after dark. The Wifi was decent. Modern washing machine and access to the roof so clothes dry in a few hours.

Great location, easy to reach, beautiful area. Diego, the owner, is responsive and offered all info needed prior to arrival.

Plenty of restaurants and locations to take breakfast just downstairs, with two supermarkets also just one block away. The department has its own kitchen so you can prepare whatever you want by your own. It is a good cozy department, with all you need to have a great time. It is a very quite place, in a very nice neighborhood, close to bus stations, biking services and 1 mile away from the center of the city but it is not crowded at all, very tranquil. The bed was nice, the bathroom was well equipped and the space was more than enough, the department has much more space than the one you can have in a large hotel's room. The host is a very nice guy, he treated us very well and was, he offered us information about pretty much everything and was very helpful and committed when we had questions. The building has a very nice terrace that you can use and from which you have a very nice view. You can see several religious events and celebrations that pass just by the street and you can see them very well from above the building.
