there were some operational inadequacies (for example, the door to get into the shower, when opened, did not permit you entering, even if you kept the bathroom door wide open you have to be thin to manage this

“great stay! would visit again”

i liked how small it was, very cozy. you could get in the center very fast. all the utilities were there. it had everything you ever needed, frome xtra blankets to towels.

To be improved

there were ants on the floor, which i dont know how they got in. the apartment was on the first floor which is good in a way but pretty dangerous in the evening sl we had to make sure that it was locked at all times.

“Great stay at Castilla in Madrid.”

The best

Once we entered the property it was confortable, the air-conditioning was turned on and the temperature was nice. Kitchen, bathroom, beds, lighting was good. Next morning we found a Bar a few steps from the apartment, a drug store and a food market.

To be improved

Just a recommendation the property entrance is not from Alfalfa street is from the corner. We arrived midnight and was not easy to find the entrance door. The entrance is from "Calle del Capitan Blanco Argibay".

Location poor for the price; not well cleaning; my air conditioning doesn’t work for the entire trip. I told to the property and they tell me ‘I’will send a technician’. No one come to the apartment and we suffered 30 degrees in the room for the entire stay.

“Barrio de Tetuan low cost”

The best

Fully autonomous and located near main points of transport at a little walk’s distance. The room has high ceilings and has main amenities for even a longer stay.

To be improved

Aside from some minor things like the tv not being programmed and the box still on top of the cupboard, the one thing that made a difference was the bed. It’s minuscule and not suitable for two. Luckily there was a sofa bed but I believe this is a single person accommodation. The fan of the aircon was noisy and the street noise from garbage trucks was bearable but to take into account if you’re a light sleeper.
