1) Host wrote that instructions will be sent at 15-00. It didnt happen. I called twice. No answer. I was lost - I am at the door with my family with no idea where to go, what to do, who to call. Some time later host sent me instructions, but I see absolutely no reason for delay and to not do it on time. Read other reviews - I am not alone comlaining about it. Ang guess what - host didnt even bother to apologize. 2) I found that the second bed set was not changed and even worse - it had someone's hair in it. When I asked the host to replace it, they instisted that the sheets were changed. What a nonsense, I had to proove and to ask several times to provide me with clean bed set. That is so trivial, but I had to spent time chatting over whatsapp and sending photos of someone's hair in bed sheet, because host could not come up with a trivial idea, that if I see that bed set is not fresh, it is not fresh. Fine, I took a photo and they replaced, but only bed sheet. I honestly still don’t know how you’re supposed to prove in a photo that the sheets aren’t fresh. Also read other reviews - I am not alone comlaining that bed set was not changed. And guess what - host didnt even bother to apologize. 3) Only two sets on towels, but I clearly mentioned we were in three. 4) The appartment is far from what it looks on photos, it is quite worn-out, stained sofa, stained table, I was hesitant to even touch some of the curtains - the mounting looked like it could fall apart at any moment, and apparetly it did many times. And yet the host asked for a deposit, which could be easily deducted later for any damage. If you're fine with delay on arrival, with the necessity of having to ask for clean bedding - go ahead and stay there

Maybe a small clothes hoist to dry washing.

This is corruption

The apartment was dirty, water drained slowly, and the hot shower was always interrupted by cold water. Plus, the washing machine didn't work.
