“Nice hotel in historic building for visit to Ribera del Duero wine region!”

Amazing building Very friendly staff Nice outdoor pool and several restaurants in the hotel with good food. We very much liked the outdoor terrace of the bar. Location close to the bodegas in the area. Easy to park the car. Nice room with good bed and shower. We really loved our stay, and would recommend it, but would rather say it is a very good 4* than a 5* hotel.

To be improved

Airconditioning in the room did not work. Upon arrival, we were offered another room than originally assigned, because they had doubts the airco wasn’t working, but it was the same in the other room. This is difficult to understand in a 5* hotel of this pricing category.

“Perfect base for exploring the Ribera del Duero wine region”
The best

Beautiful and convenient to wineries. Great food and drinks at the bar restaurant. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Walk or in along the river is a must, as well as the Termal.

To be improved

The gym needs a major upgrade to both equipment and finishes.

The property itself self was breathtaking. The grounds, pools, the building were like something out of a movie.

To be improved

The staff was rather rude and not overly helpful. When you spend the money on a 5 star hotel you expect a certain level of care from the staff and we did not see that here.

What a fabulous hotel in a tranquil and picturesque setting. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and really helpful.
