The location is great. The staff in the bar are great.

The room is very dated now. It was not cleaned to a good standard. The walls were VERY dusty and the floor was filthy. The agency cleaner was terrible, which lets down the usual cleaning staff who are very through. We did complain about this. Our bedding was changed the day before checkout as the cleaner said they had run out of bedding. Towels were only changed once whilst we were there. This cleaner let our visit down massively.
