“Never again - ruined our entire holiday”

Nothing as it was not as advertised at all. Complete scam.

No leisure facilities open to us and no previous warning of this. The leisure facilities are in another building up the road, NOT attached to the apartment itself, and we were denied access to that building to use anything. The safe hadn't even been taken out of it's box for us to be able to use, and the property is on a steep hill. Terrible customer service from both costarentals and booking.com, and since complaining costarentals have lied and then changed their ads and management refuse to take calls. Bare in mind that they originally advertised the property as having a "private pool" on various platforms and when they asked us to prove that and we did with screenshots, they said "private pool" means "private for the community" and they refuse to refund us despite us only staying in the property for one night (and even then we only stayed the night because they would not reply to us or booking.com about a solution). Avoid at all costs.
