“The location of the apartment was perfect, not too far from shops, restaurants, bars and beach. The staff were brilliant, especially at the pool bar/restaurant. The apartment was clean, fresh and comfortable · Cons: I would have liked a balcony as my partner is a smoker but luckily we were close to the outside pool so not too much of an inconvenience.”

“Would be a great apartment if maintained properly”

The best

The property had a lovely pool area with a great cafe and lovely Mexican restaurant. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

To be improved

The apartment is tired and in much need of repair and a makeover. The balcony is spacious but the table had lots of holes in it and because it was covered by a cloth we spilled drinks when we put on the table over ourselves. Thank goodness it wasn’t hot coffee! The shower leaked onto the floor and caused a massive puddle. The bathroom toilet didn’t flush and needed us to delve into the cistern to get it to flush. The door lock didn’t work sometimes and we needed to get receptions help to get in. (They were always fantastic) The wardrobes were sticking and noisy. It just was not a nice apartment to stay for a week.

“Lovely apartment in a good location very friendly staff owners dealt with issues swiftly”

Very stylish property with all the modern facilities It was on the ground floor good for older clientele Supermarket on site and very attentive reception staff

To be improved

The property was very dark, very little natural light as we had a wall in front of the main lounge window The bedroom window faced on to a corridor so no natural light resulted in being exceptionally dark. More lighting would have helped Would have liked to have known about the hidden costs ie hiring sun loungers before hand as it is a sting in the tail it adds to the cost

“Excellent”

The best

Excellent location not far from Los Cristiano beach. There is some good restaurants nearby we had an excellent meal at Zoco restaurant a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very modern with fantastic shower, kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher and widescreen tvs. Very clean also. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The shop in castle harbour is small but does excellent fresh bread every morning, and there is a large supermarket behind the complex behind the back of the pool area. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
