From the moment we arrived, we were won over by the warm hospitality and welcome from the owners. They were always available to answer any questions, provided excellent local recommendations, and even left us a few thoughtful welcome gifts to make us feel at home right away. They also maintain a fantastic website/blog with great restaurant tips that came in very handy during our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful—stylishly furnished, fully equipped, and offers a fantastic view overlooking the complex’s swimming pool. As part of a hotel complex, there is always staff available at the reception, 24/7, which added an extra level of convenience and security. We’re already talking about coming back, so this definitely won’t be our last visit!

Check-in was very difficult because the owner started bothering me with the check-in time two weeks in advance. Since I'm a hiker, it's really hard for me to tell you the check-in time before 24 hours. And because the hike plans changed due to the weather, they were upset with me for wanting to check-in at a different time than previously stated.
