The property had a faulty cupboard, a blocked water inlet for a washing machine and a pharaoh ant infestation in the bathroom and kitchen on arrival which I dealt with myself using ant killer. The electrical supply to the floor is inadequate - we discovered that using the oven and hob at the same time as the neighbours would take out the power and only they had a key to reset it. They were very friendly and I was able to come to an arrangement with them to stagger cooking times, but it shows rather poor building management. There were problems with the wi-fi working properly with Apple devices, which we resolved ourselves by reconfiguring the router to have a single SSID across both frequency bands. Multiple remote controls for appliances had flat or leaking batteries. There's quite a bit of traffic noise and noise from the port - I'm able to sleep through this but my partner found it more disturbing, though it should be expected given the location. Unfortunately our stay coincided with major roadworks outside so we were frequently interrupted by extremely loud pneumatic drilling of the surface, although this is entirely outside the control of the owners.

Road works starting at 7.30am weekdays outside apartment block. Almost daily Building work in adjacent apartment at 8.00am most days. Entrance showed evidence of building work E.g not as clean as could be.
