Not really clean, dust on the floor. I have to wipe some hairs and dust around the corner. If a proper vacuum had done, it would have been much better.

Modern appliances, comfortable beds, strong shower water pressure, strong wifi (120+ Mbps), basic kitchen with dishwasher, and clothes washer with drying rack.

To be improved

The neighborhood is a little questionable with scantily clad women standing on the streets all day and the smoking from neighboring apartments. When drying the clothes outside, clothes may retain the smoke smell from the neighbors.
