“Pleasant place”

I liked the location of the room , central and near the subway, although it was loud. The room was nice and clean.

To be improved

The downside of the room was that it laked the AC and it was loud at night.

“We could hear everything around us but for location it was perfect!”

For location you cannot ask for a better location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The entrance hall is stunning - beautiful building. It was immaculately presented. For a night or maybe two it was fine.

To be improved

The room was very noisy, we could even hear the neighbours making tea/coffee. It was hot and the window doesn't allow in air. The fan doesn't work without the lights being on. Was this just us, did we do something wrong? The window backs onto the back of the property which is a bizarre set-up. For a night or two it was ideal. It's probably more of a 7.5 if you take everything into consideration.

“Very tiny apartment”

Very good location! Self-service, so we haven't met the receptionists, but they can be easily contacted. The room has all that's necessary.

To be improved

We expected better room quality and more space. There is no parking available nearby, and it is necessary to use public parking. Cannot even park on the street to handle the baggage.
