We had never been to Bilbao before and all we can say is: WOW! And what a fantastic hotel! Amazing location and gorgeous room overlooking three streets in the Old Town. I was a bit confused on how and when I’d get the code, but when I called there was a very friendly person who was a great help on the end of the phone straight away. So much to do in this gorgeous and manageable city. We will be back to spend more time and definitely stay at this fabulous hotel/pension!

A very slight problem with the water drainage in the bathroom, but not a material issue to drop any stars.
