very central in old part of Bilbao. cute balcony to experience the street. nice floors, lovely entryway, basic necessities kitchen, lovely minimal interior.

To be improved

it really is in the centre. several bars were right underneath/next door & across, so it was very loud until late. Not suitable for a family with early sleepers. In addition the cigarettesmoke of other appartments traveled via the sockets into the room. We managed to put tape on them, but it took some time to discover where it was coming from. The mattress was way to thin/hard for me. Had some difficult nights.

The street was very busy in the evening until the small hours. However with the window closed and AC the room was quiet and comfortable.

“Value for money, great location”
The best

The location is great, lively, full of bars and people. Easy access, a few minutes walking from metro and train station, and 10 minutes walking from the airport bus shuttle. Fast wi-fi. Comfy beds, hot water in the shower, airco works ok. The access to the property and room is via a code.

To be improved

The room walls are not soundproof, you can hear everything from other rooms, from the shared lounge and from entrance. There is no desk for a laptop.
