Catalina Beach House by Cassai

The property is very tired. In need of painting and maintenance. Bathroom very basic.

The fact that the main bathroom has no door and the light in the morning but it’s completely okay for few days.

The wi-fi didn't work. The air conditioning worked somehow. The house has room for 6 people but the main bathroom is accessible only through the master bedroom and it doesn't have a door.

Not enough light in all the rooms. Most bulbs were too small. We could not read our books.

The beds had broken mattresses already last year, this year were 4 beds out of 6 impossible to sleep in in spite we have put two mattresses on top of each other it felt like sleeping in a bathtub. One of the toilets has broken flushing system - as well from the previous years so we were not able to use the upper bathroom. The property is also not suitable for older people because of the staircase. Only one bedroom has window so it is also an issue when you want to use the appartment in full capacity because because the aircon unit is located in the living room. Busy restaurant is locates just opposite so very noisy till 12 pm and smell of fish from the bottom sushi place which was opened this year.
