“Great location shame about the property”

To be improved

Nobody met us as promised, check in procedure unclear. Additional deposit required. Other resident locked door and denied us access. Broken doors, broken locks, cheaply and poorly furnished, floor not clean, no hair dryer, no bedside lights. Sent external links to property checked with booking.com who informed us that the property’s site had been hacked and ignore them the property sent them again checked again with booking.com again told site had been hacked when we arrived at time provided to property no one to meet us at 19:30 Phoned property to be answered by very unhelpful person advising we needed to go to external links and pay deposit and enter passport details no mention on the property’s site of the need to do this very unhappy about the whole process and with the general condition and facilities

The best

Modern and spacious - could easily accommodate 6 adults. Agent was quick to respond to queries.

To be improved

No black-out blinds in the two bedrooms. Bathroom doors wouldn't close properly.
