“Beautiful design, new, good location, Cristian was friendly and helpful · Cons: Towels and bed sheets all had spots and hairs. Got new sheets to change myself (which were still a little bit wet and also with spots 🫣) I felt very uncomfortable. They didn’t handle it professional. No compensation or being truly sorry”

“Excellent experience”
The best

Nice hotel in a great location. It's just 5 minutes walk from the Santa Catalina bus station. Also close to the beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. The room was very clean with comfortable beds. We all liked it. The staff were professional and friendly.

The best

Great stay! The rooms are clean, nice and quiet and well equipped. Breakfast is tasty and the view from the rooftop is great. The jacuzzi is a nice addition.

We loved staying there, the property was modern, well decorated a really comfortable. The staff accommodating and location perfect to venture out.

To be improved

We were unlucky as we booked during a high season and prices were def higher up. Bit the hotel staff, location, comfort made it up to that.

The breakfast is very good, fresh and the hotel roof is lovely and cozy. The location of the hotel is also good. But above all, the wonderful staff and the dedicated, caring and exceptional service that the staff provided stood out... Special thanks to Christian and Jessica!! We would love to return to this hotel at the first opportunity.
