1.the kitchen and furniture are new. 2.location is in the old town, convenient to many walking tourist spots.

To be improved

1.the drainage system in the bathroom seems blocked to some extent, taking showers had to be very careful not to flood the floor. The problem was reported to the management the first night, however, no progress of any maintenance was made through our 3-night stay, even though we tried to ask to improve several times. No reply and no apology! 2.Through there is a lift, it can’t function. Be careful if you have bulky luggage to go upstairs. 3.A deposit of €200 had to be paid when we checked in to get the key. This amount was refunded when we checked out. However, this deposit policy is not clearly stated in booking.

“Excellent property, spacious and perfect location”

Location was excellent. Looks new. Although next to street , rooms were towards back and quiet. Good AC and fans. I like physical keys, no cumbersome apps. Generous checkout time and due to availability , voluntarily offered early check in.

To be improved

The only improvement I would make are more solid curtains in living room.
