The meeting place and apartment were 8 min walking but knowing that in advance would be helpful considering parking and luggage in an extremely hot city.

“Terrible experience. No room maintenance at weekends so good luck if something goes wrong like flush not working”

Bathroom flush did not work and maintenance did not work at a weekend!!! How is this possible? Absolutely terrible service. Do not go this accommodation when there are many others to choose from.

Location was amazing, walking distance to all the sightseeing activities. The place is clean, spacious and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The employees are polite, very tentative and respond immediately to any request. Definitely a place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, and the apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning works perfectly and is nice and quiet. Having two bathrooms was a real convenience. The bed was large and very comfortable. Everyone at Catalina Suites was incredibly friendly and helpful, truly fantastic service.

Nothing major. One of the tilt-and-turn windows in the bedroom didn’t open or close properly. The lighting throughout the apartment has a cool daylight tone, probably around 4000K and I personally prefer a warmer 2700K (cultural preference). The small bathroom showed some minor water damage on the door and door sill. All in all, just very minor issues.

This wasn’t the property we booked.As we were boarding the train we had a call from them saying there was work going on and they would shift us to their other apartments closer into the city center. We really didn’t get an option. We then had to pick up the keys from a hotel,that we couldn’t find. We called,someone met us and escorted us to the apartment. I don’t think we would have ever found it! It is in a good location however the noise is horrendous! It doesn’t stop until 4am, then we were woken at 7:30 with a jackhammer for two days as they were renovating the apartment across the street! After calling , we were told they couldn’t do anything about the outside noise(which l agreed) so bad luck! There was no offer to move us to an apartment further back on the property. It was just a bad luck problem. I did mention it wasn’t the location / property we booked.once again bad luck. Be careful you may not get what you booked or paid for. I do not recommend the property
