There was MAJOR construction going on at the property adjacent and directly across which included jackhammers and cutting concrete. The property itself was very dark and the loft bedroom had reading bed lights and relied upon light from main room downstairs.

We had a lovely stay in the centre of Valencia just a 10 minute walk from anywhere. The rooms were HUGE and gorgeous we had a fabulous time would super recommend to anyone looking for a very well priced stay in the centre of town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Nice location, but you might “loose” your personal items”

Great location, the property itself is very nice and clean.

During our stay, 2 items dissapered from our room - a Marshall speaker and a powebank. They were kept in the apartment and we didn’t take them anywhere from the room. Firstly we realised that the speaker dissapered (it was standing on the window), two days later we realised that the power bank is also gone. We didn’t have any guests, only cleaning personel entered the apartment when we were away. I contacted a manager, but received only sorry and that the personel didn’t take it. Very unpleasant situation :(

“⭐☆☆☆☆ Very bad experience. It was extremely difficult to reach the property by car. The area where the accommodation is located felt completely unsafe, especially at night. I couldn’t find any secure or nearby parking, which made it very stressful. I had to leave my car far away and walk a long distance, which didn’t feel safe at all. I do not recommend this place, especially for anyone traveling by car. · Cons: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I do not recommend anyone to book this place. The location is very hard to reach by car, and the surrounding area feels completely unsafe. There are no secure or nearby parking options, which made my stay very stressful.
