Absolutely love this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the bedrooms lovely and the food full of flavour. We find the staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making your visit enjoyable. Five stars without hesitation. See you next year!

“Inhuman hotel...Please avoid booking”

The best

Worst hotel ever. We are stuck in a war situation in Dubai and the manager was extremely rude. Me my husband Dhruv had to come to MWC but airspace is closed. Manager is a machine and does not have an iota of humanity. If families are stuck in war, any business should have sense of doing refund. We are in UAE and we have got all refunds. This is worst customer service. Please do not opt for prepayment option. The management is most inhuman hotel I have seen. The lady had no etiquette of talking and no sympathy. She is just trying get money from us in the worst situation. God give some sense to such morons!!

The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. · Cons: The only small downside was that there were no slippers in the room – I had to call and request them, which was a bit inconvenient. But other than that, everything else was great. The staff were kind and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was really nice. I’d definitely stay here again! 😊”

“The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, not close to the touristy area but with easy accessibility · Cons: The room smelled like cigarette even though it was not smoking. We asked for a room change, and even though the people in the front desk tried helping us, he room they were going to give us was way smaller than the original one so that didn't work for us.”

“Nice and calm stay away from busy tourist routes”

Good location with access to public transport, away from main tourist routes. Friendly staff, got room upgrade and valuable dining suggestions. Awesome fresh breakfast selection.
