The best

My second time staying here, its excellent location and friendly staff make it an excellent stay, the rooms are small but so clean and have everything you need. I would have liked a street view room. The roof top pool and sun terrace is a lovely place to relax. Its within walking distance of the metro on Passieg de Gracia. Marc at reception is an excellent ambassador for this hotel, he is friendly, efficient and welcoming.

The best

Whilst staff weren’t unfriendly they didn’t particularly make us feel welcome. Hotel itself was good location, paid for premium room (wanted coffee machine and bath). Could not fault breakfast plenty of choice and the staff there at least smiled.

Staff is fabulous. Bed was very comfortable and the hotel is well located.

To be improved

We had a bigger room however the bathroom tiling could have a refresh as the grouting is tired and deteriorating which detracts.
