“Not good at all”

We booked this hotel because it was conveniently located near the hospital for my brother’s major surgery. Unfortunately, his operation date was changed to the following week, which was completely out of our control. When I called the hotel to explain the situation, I was really disappointed by their response. There was no understanding or flexibility at all, and we ended up losing the full amount of our booking. Given the circumstances, a bit of compassion and consideration would have gone a long way. Very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience. The photos and reality of my room didn’t match at all. The hotel is old itself and needs renovation. The sleep was not really possible because you can hear all your neighbours. The pool is very small. I was really looking forward for my trip to Barcelona but the beginning was ruined by the hotel. I ran away to another hotel early morning.

The best

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Catalonia Park Guell Hotel! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The highlight for me was the amazing breakfast – a wide variety of fresh options, from delicious pastries and fruit to hearty hot dishes. It was the perfect way to start each day in Barcelona. The gym was also a great bonus. It was clean, well-equipped, and made it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. After exercising or sightseeing, relaxing by the pool was the best part. The pool area is peaceful, refreshing, and offers a great spot to unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for exploring the city while still being in a quieter neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and will happily stay here again!
